Job summary

Molly Maid is hiring a full-time house cleaner with training provided. You’ll follow our proven system to clean homes and delight customers, earning tips from satisfied clients.

Pay is $16-$22 per hour with a possible $25 weekly bonus plus tips, and a company car for work. Schedule is Monday–Friday daytime; advancement opportunities exist within a franchise network.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8 am to 5 pm.
• Must be able to communicate with clients in English.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• At least 18 years old or older.
• Have reliable transportation to & from work.

The pay range for this job is $16.00 to $22.00 an hour, depending on your experience, the quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner.

If you’re a team lead (driving our vehicle):

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
