Molly Maid is hiring a professional house cleaner in Palm City, FL. No experience required; we provide training, supplies, and a company car. This full-time role offers weekday daytime hours, advancement opportunities, and the chance to earn tips based on quality of work.

You will clean customers’ homes to Molly Maid standards, communicate with clients, and work as part of a friendly team. A valid driver's license helps you earn more through driving bonuses.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check (7 year nationwide).
• Be 21 or older.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 6pm.
• Must be able to communicate with clients.
• Valid driver’s license with a 3 year clean driving record.

The pay range for this job is $15.00 to $20.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $650.00 per week, paid weekly. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car, EARN EVEN MORE!

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this job is $15.00 to $20.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.

• Paid time off (PTO) after one year of service.
• Paid holidays after 90 days!

If you’re a team lead (driving our vehicle):

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.Safe driver bonuses!
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
