Job summary

Molly Maid of Northwest Dallas County is hiring for a full-time house cleaner. The role offers weekly pay with direct deposit, no nights, no weekends, and no holidays. You’ll receive all cleaning supplies, training, and a company car to use while performing client visits.

Earn between $12.50 and $22.00 per hour, depending on experience, quality of work, and pace. Benefits include paid holidays and up to 5 days of PTO after the first year.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Able to pass a background check
• Physical ability for housekeeping tasks
• Available Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm
• Valid US driver’s license
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes to Molly Maid standards following the provided process.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the vehicle is stocked with supplies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete jobs on time.

Benefits And Pay

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards - Follow our process and you'll delight every customer. Did we mention that you can earn tips too?!

• Maintain equipment - Take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

You're a Team Lead (driving Our Car)

• Manage the team's schedule and drive safely - The team lead is responsible for driving the team to the customer homes and to arrive on time to the appointments.
