Molly Maid of Metrowest- Framingham is hiring house cleaners to join our team based in Ashland, MA. This full-time position offers a guaranteed starting pay of $18 per hour plus tips, paid training, and weekly pay. Work weekdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with no nights or holidays, and travel to clients’ homes using a company vehicle.

We provide cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms. PTO accrues, with potential to advance to a team-lead role as the business grows.

$18/hour Guaranteed + Tips | Paid Training | Weekly Pay

No cleaning experience is required.We provide paid training and teach you our proven cleaning process. Bring reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Schedule and location

This is afull-time position, with availability needed Monday through Friday between8 a.m. and 5 p.m.We understand that life happens and can discuss occasional scheduling needs.

Report to our office at25 W. Union Street, Ashland, MA, for your shifts. You'll travel with your team from the office to customers' homes.

What you'll do

• Clean customers' homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living spaces.
• Follow our cleaning process and work with your teammates to deliver thorough, consistent results.
• Treat customers, their homes, and your teammates with care and respect. Make customers happy.

What you'll need

• Reliability and the ability to report to our Ashland office.
• Ability to perform active cleaning work, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and reaching overhead.
• Friendly communication with customers and teammates. Bilingual skills are welcome.
• Authorization to work in the United States. We participate in E-Verify.
• Completion of a background check.

Interested in becoming a team lead?

Team leads drive our company vehicle and help coordinate the cleaning team. A valid driver's license is required for that role. Team-lead earnings can reach$23/hour including wages and tips. Tips vary and are not guaranteed.

This position is with an independently owned and operated Molly Maid franchise. The local franchise owner is your employer and sets the position's wages and benefits.
