Job summary

Molly Maid is hiring house cleaners in Ashland, MA, offering part-time or full-time roles with no nights, weekends, or holidays. You’ll receive training, a stable weekday schedule, and the opportunity to earn between $18.00 and $23.00 per hour with weekly pay. A team lead can earn up to $23 per hour including tips and will receive a company car.

We provide cleaning supplies, a uniform, and advancement opportunities within a growing franchise. Interviews conducted in Ashland, MA.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States; must pass background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm.
• Bilingual preferred; ability to communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards; earn tips.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Drive as a Team Lead (if assigned) and manage schedules and equipment maintenance.

Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $18.00 per hour and get paid weekly. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car, EARN EVEN MORE as a Team Lead up to $23 an hour including tips and wages!

Benefits & Pay

They pay range for this job is $18.00 to $23.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.

• PAY $18-$23 per hour
• 20-40 hrs a week / up to 8hr shifts daily
• Earn paid time off up to 40 hours a year
• Earn one hour of Paid Time Off for every 30hrs worked

Here’s what you will be responsible for:

• Cleaning customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – Follow our process and you’ll delight every customer. Did we mention that you can earn tips too?!
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Our team members love our customers, and you will too. Make them feel like you care about their home, and you’ll win here.

If you’re a team lead (driving our vehicle):

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely
• Maintain the company car - notify staff is there are any issues (oil change needed, brakes squeaking, low tire pressure, etc.)
• Delegate duties while Cleaning and then check partners work.
