Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of home repair and remodel field experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of residential construction, repair and remodel techniques, equipment and supplies.
• Ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems.
• Friendly personality and committed to great customer service.
• A strong work ethic and highly dependable.
• Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools.
• Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Working with home owners to provide exceptional customer service.
• Completing various handyman and remodel jobs such as drywall, carpentry, flooring, painting, electrical and plumbing, etc.
• Planning and managing the job site.
• Organizing and managing materials and equipment for the jobs.
• Invoicing and payment completion for every job.
• Cleaning the interior and exterior of the company vehicle.
• Assisting in marketing and sales on and around the job sites.
• Representing House Doctors in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise.
