Stylist Responsibilities (include But Not Limited To)

• Perform a wide range of hair therapies for all hair types and textures, following milk + honey protocols, including color, cutting, blowouts.
• Participate in sales and marketing events, campaigns, and tasks to grow business, create repeat guest requests, and meet sales and retail goals.
• Maintain a professional, positive, energetic, and respectful attitude towards guests and coworkers at all times.

Hours And Compensation

• Work a mixture of AM and PM shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
• 10% commission on sold retail products.
• Keep 100% of guest gratuity.
