Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Professional Field Representative to support Wisconsin Medicaid providers as a primary liaison for education, issue resolution, and operational support. You will work with providers and stakeholders to research, resolve complex issues, and deliver training on policies and procedures.

The role requires at least 2 years of Medicaid/Medicare or government healthcare program experience, strong analytical and project management skills, and the ability to work

• Partner with Wisconsin Medicaid providers and stakeholders to research, analyze, and resolve complex operational or claims-related issues.
• Learn and apply contract policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to ensure accurate support and issue resolution.
• Participate in identifying, documenting, analyzing, and validating business processes, workflows, and operational requirements.
• Build strong provider relationships while supporting service quality, operational consistency, and customer satisfaction.

The Professional Field Representative supports Wisconsin Medicaid providers by serving as a key liaison for provider education, issue resolution, and operational support. This role partners directly with providers and stakeholders to research and resolve complex issues, deliver training and guidance on policies and procedures, and support effective communication between providers and the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Partner with Wisconsin Medicaid providers and stakeholders to research, analyze, and resolve complex operational or claims-related issues.
• Learn and apply contract policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to ensure accurate support and issue resolution.

• Strong project management, organizational, research, analytical, and problem-resolution skills.
• Experience researching and resolving escalated operational, claims, billing, or provider-related issues preferred.
• Remote position supporting Wisconsin Medicaid provider operations and stakeholder engagement.

#The pay range for this position is $54,300.00 - $77,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
