Insight Global seeks an experienced Professional Fee Surgical Coding Auditor to join its physician revenue cycle team. The role focuses on auditing professional fee coding for accuracy and compliance, and providing education to coding staff.

Strong candidates will have Neurosurgery/Cardiology/OB-GYN coding experience and relevant CPT/ICD-10 knowledge. Ideal candidates are independent and capable of handling minimal supervision while meeting productivity expectations and passing

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Professional Fee medical coding experience.
• CPC or CCS certification in good standing.
• Maintain productivity standards of 4-6 encounters per hour with accuracy.
• Strong CPT, ICD-10, modifiers, and surgical coding guidelines knowledge.
• Ability to complete a specialty-specific coding assessment.
• Experience auditing coding quality and coder education preferred.

A large health system is seeking an experienced Professional Fee Surgical Coding Auditor to join its physician revenue cycle team. This individual will be responsible for auditing professional fee coding, ensuring coding accuracy and compliance, and providing education and feedback to coding staff. The ideal candidate will have extensive surgical coding experience and expertise in at least one of the following specialty areas: Neurosurgery, Cardiology, or OB/GYN.- and have worked on the other two specialties.

This role is best suited for a highly motivated, independent professional who can work with minimal oversight, manage productivity expectations.
