Jones Petrie Rafinski (JPR) is a dynamic provider of A&E services and seeks a Licensed Civil Engineer with 5+ years of experience in industrial and commercial site design to join our team in Indiana.

This role focuses on designing efficient, buildable solutions and collaborating with clients, contractors, and colleagues to bring projects to life. You will lead site design, grading, utilities, stormwater, permitting, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license desired.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial/commercial site design.
• Proficiency with civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D).
• Strong understanding of local, state, and federal permitting processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site design projects for industrial and commercial developments from concept through construction.
