This position is designed for an experienced engineer who wants to move beyond pure design work and into full ownership of engineering oversight, operations, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently evaluate residential and commercial structural conditions.
• Develop, stamp, and approve engineering reports, repair designs, and cost‑effective technical solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for all engineering‑related decisions.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop Engineers‑in‑Training, field inspectors, and non‑licensed staff.
• Oversee site evaluations, repair recommendations, and quality control standards.
• Manage and coordinate multiple active projects and field teams.
• Oversee operational functions including scheduling, billing coordination, and administrative workflows.
• Manage purchasing, equipment utilization, and material flow.

Requirements
