The off‑leash dog training organization is seeking a qualified trainer to join our Columbus, Ohio location. This role involves delivering private lessons, managing 2‑week board‑and‑train programs, editing instructional videos, and handling client communications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private lessons with clients and their dogs.
• Oversee 2‑week board and train dogs in a climate‑controlled kennel environment.
• Edit and produce video content for board and train programs.
• Manage client calls and emails, providing support and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Motivated, outgoing, and self‑motivated with a strong passion for working with dogs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to teach lessons and interact with clients.
• Ability to house and care for up to two board and train dogs in a 5x10 foot area in the home.
• Willingness to undergo a 17‑day training and certification program at our Northern Virginia headquarters (training provided at no cost).

Compensation & Benefits

Full‑time/Contract position with an annual salary range of $40,000.00–$60,000.00. The role may also provide onsite training and certification. Compensation is competitive within the industry.
