Job Summary

Off Leash K9 Training, LLC is seeking an experienced dog trainer in the Charlotte area to join our growing team.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Resides in or around Huntersville, North Carolina
• Must be able to board at least two dogs at your residence for 14 days at a time
• Has reliable transportation
• Owns a smartphone
• Knowledgeable with social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
• Completes a 21‑day certification process at the OLK9 Training Facility in Northern Virginia

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Handle and train small and large breeds from puppies to adults
• Work with dogs requiring behavior modification from anxiety to aggression
• Interact with the public in a professional manner
• Drive to appointments within the Charlotte area
• Engage in continuing education to increase training skills for dogs and owners
• Attend PR events
• Remain self‑motivated

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, and passion for dogs
• Computer skills for creating dog training videos
• Availability during peak traffic periods on weekdays and weekends
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Compensation

Salary ranges from $35–$60K per year (or more), with the flexibility to work from home.
