Job Summary

Off Leash K9 Training, LLC is seeking an experienced Dog Trainer to work in the Charlotte area.

Location

Charlotte area (preferably Gastonia, North Carolina).

Minimum Job Requirements

• Residence in or around Gastonia, North Carolina
• Ability to board at least 2 dogs at your residence for 14 days at a time
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with social media capabilities (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
• Completion of a 21‑day certification process at the OLK9 Training Facility in Northern Virginia

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Handle and train small and large breeds from puppies to adults
• Work with dogs requiring behavior modification for anxiety, aggression, and other issues
• Interact professionally with the public
• Drive to client appointments within the Charlotte area
• Engage in continuing education to improve training techniques for both dogs and humans
• Attend PR events
• Demonstrate self‑motivation and initiative
