Job summary

Gypsum Management and Supply is seeking a Delivery Driver (Non-Regulated) to execute timely local deliveries to business customers from Wildcat Materials - Columbia, MO. You will verify orders, load and unload products, and maintain strong customer interactions with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires physical work, a valid U.S. driver’s license, a clean driving record, and adherence to DOT and company policies.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Maintenance of a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of a drug test and background check.
• Proven ability to lift and manage items weighing at least 25 pounds.
• Demonstrated exceptional communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products by adhering to scheduled routes and SOPs.
• Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with customers to enhance the client experience.
• Conduct pre- and post-delivery inspections to verify accuracy and address discrepancies promptly.
• Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Use GPS and delivery tracking apps to optimize routes and deliveries.
• Safeguard company assets by following safety protocols and maintaining a clean driving record.
• Participate in training to improve delivery techniques and customer service.
