Job summary

Wildcat Materials - Columbia is seeking a Delivery Driver Non-Regulated to ensure prompt, accurate deliveries to business customers in the Columbia, MO area. You will verify orders, secure loads, and interact with customers with professionalism while maintaining safety standards. The role requires a valid U.S.

driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. You will travel locally, follow routes, and support timely deliveries with strong communication and time

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license in the state of employment.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to lift and manage items up to 25 pounds.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Experience using GPS and delivery-tracking applications.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and efficient delivery following routes and SOPs.
• Interact with customers professionally to uphold the company’s reputation.
• Perform pre- and post-delivery inspections for accuracy.
• Safely handle loading/unloading and maintain safety standards.
• Optimize routes to reduce transit times and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean driving record and comply with safety policies.
• Participate in training to improve delivery techniques and service.
