Job summary

The Chefs’ Warehouse is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver to join our delivery team in Portland. You will ensure inventory matches delivery requirements, follow scheduled routes, read maps, and deliver goods to client locations with accuracy and on time.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, have a clean driving record, pass a DOT physical, and can lift 25 pounds. Prior use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts is a plus and a customer‑focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass a DOT physical.
• Physically fit; able to lift 25 pounds.
• Experience with hand trucks, pallet jacks and forklifts a plus.
• Professional, punctual and customer‑focused.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory stock matches delivery requirements.
• Follow scheduled route for daily deliveries.
• Read maps or GPS to determine daily route.
• Deliver goods timely and in good condition.
• Load/unload products; maintain delivery paperwork.
