Job summary

Blue Chip Pros is a leading cleaning service seeking a reliable janitorial associate to perform a variety of cleaning tasks across assigned facilities in the Tulsa area. You will maintain clean, sanitary spaces, follow safety protocols and work with the team to meet facility standards.

The role involves high dusting, bathroom cleaning, trash disposal, floor care and routine inspections. Excellent attention to detail and courteous customer interaction are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic janitorial operations.
• Basic methods, materials and equipment used in janitorial work.
• Basic safe work practices.
• Use of toxic and non-toxic chemicals (MSDS).
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Sufficient communication with coworkers and supervisors.
• Operate powered and non-powered janitorial equipment.
• Interpret written instructions and warning labels on cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• High dusting in rooms using a high duster and germicidal sanitizing surfaces.
• Bathroom cleaning and sanitizing fixtures and dispensers.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners.
• Floor dusting, mopping and vacuuming, under furniture and in corners.
• Clean public common areas, glass, planters and cob webs as needed.
• Food court cleaning: sanitize tables, remove trash and wash trays.
• Inspect room to ensure cleanliness and correct any issues.
• Customer relations: be courteous, answer questions, report issues to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or Account Manager.
