bluechip-pro is seeking a dedicated janitorial professional to maintain cleanliness in assigned facilities. Responsibilities include high dusting, sanitizing, bathroom cleaning, trash disposal, floor care, grounds upkeep, and public area sanitation. You will follow safety protocols and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

The role emphasizes attention to detail during room inspections and maintaining a quiet, courteous presence around customers.

Qualifications

Knowledge of basic janitorial work practices.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Effective communication with coworkers and supervisors.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely.

Responsibilities

High dusting of surfaces above shoulder height using a treated duster.
Sanitize and spot-clean surfaces around the room; remove fingerprints and smudges.
Bathroom cleaning including toilet areas and soap dispensers.
Empty and replace trash liners and maintain clean bins.
Floor dusting and vacuuming with proper techniques to reach under furniture.
Clean grounds and public areas, including sidewalks and benches, and police for trash.
Clean food court tables, remove spills, and sanitize surfaces.
Floor sanitizing from back of room and behind doors; ensure sanitation per germicidal solutions.
Conduct post-cleaning inspection to ensure tasks met; report anything missing.
Maintain professional behavior in customer interactions and communication with supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or account manager.
