Job summary

Closet America, part of the Renuity family, seeks an Installer to bring beauty and organization to customers' homes in the Garnet Valley area. Youll be trained from the ground up, progressing from Helper to Installer while learning the companys proven processes and quality standards.

Youll start with a daily vehicle and materials check, install bespoke closet solutions, and protect homes during installations. Competitive hourly pay with performance-based bonuses awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required and clean driving record.
• Experience in woodworking or finish carpentry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and assemblies.
• Willing to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in installation.
• Organized, professional appearance and conduct at work.
• Available to work at least two weekends per month.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Start each day with a pre-check of van and materials.
• Install custom closet systems in customers' homes.
• Follow established processes and quality standards.
• Work safely and protect customers' homes.
• Communicate with team and customers throughout the day.
• Complete final paperwork and collect payment as needed.
