Closet America, part of the Renuity family, is seeking an Installer Helper in Garnet Valley, PA. You will work with seasoned installers to bring custom closet systems to life in customers’ homes. This role includes classroom and on-the-job training for growth into a full Installer position.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to read design drawings and match parts to assemblies.
• Comfort working with hand tools and different hardware types.
• Strong attention to detail—able to measure and cut to the millimeter.
• Able to lift and carry product through various weather conditions.
• Organized and methodical in approach to tasks.
• Problem-solver with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Available to work at least two weekends per month.

Responsibilities

• Support the installation of custom closet systems in residential homes.
• Read design drawings and assemble products accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver parts and materials safely into workspaces—rain or shine.
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication with customers.
• Take pride in detailed work that meets Closet America’s high-quality standards.
