Job summary

Molly Maid in Portage, IN is seeking team members to join a fun, fast-moving cleaning team. You’ll use a company vehicle to service clients and receive full-time hours with paid training.

No prior experience is required, and you can grow within the company. Expect weekly pay, opportunities for tips, and benefits after the first year. Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable with physical cleaning tasks and movement
• Available Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm, with occasional Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes following Molly Maid system
• Be friendly, positive and professional with clients
• Assist with scheduling, vehicle use, and supplies as needed

What You’ll Do

• As a Partner - Make customers smile by cleaning their homes using the Molly Maid system
• Be friendly, positive, and professional
• As a Team Leader: drive the team vehicle, manage the day’s schedule, clock in/out, read notes, collect payments, and keep supplies stocked
