Lee Health is seeking a Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe facility at the Fort Myers location. You will perform daily cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, restroom upkeep, and trash/recycling removal.

Applicants should be reliable, able to stand and lift up to 40 lbs, and follow safety procedures. Work is conducted indoors with potential outdoor tasks; flexibility and teamwork are valued.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience as Cleaner or Janitor preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies and equipment.
• Ability to perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Empty trash and recycling; replace liners.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and work areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors per route.
• Inspect areas for items of value and place found items.
• Report mechanical or electrical issues to supervisor.
• Report damaged items before or during shift.
• Move cleaning carts safely between areas and follow sequence.
• Vacuum and mop elevator lobbies, hallways and common areas.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good order.
• Follow safety procedures.
