Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a Cleaner to perform basic cleaning across facilities, including common areas, restrooms, entrances, and elevators. Multiple shifts are available, with full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Willing to work assigned hours.
• Capable of performing physical demands (bending, kneeling, lifting, standing).

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling; dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums).
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Perform additional duties including flood cleanup and spills as needed.
