Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a Cleaner to perform basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, and other assigned spaces across our facilities. We offer multiple shifts and both full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities.

Responsibilities include restocking, trash removal, dusting, mopping, window care, and spill response. Applicants should be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in office cleaning or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be willing to work assigned hours.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and able to handle varying workloads.
• Capable of performing physical duties (bending, kneeling, lifting, standing).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all basic cleaning.
• Cleaning of restrooms including restocking tissue, emptying trash, sanitizing fixtures, mirrors, and floors.
• Move and reposition furniture, vacuum, and replace liners.
• Check trash containers before moving them.
• Dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, glass spot cleaning.
• Attend to flooded areas, spills, and related clean-up work.
• Restock carts and closets at shift end.
