The Cleaning Squad is seeking a dedicated Professional Cleaner to join our growing team in Temecula. You will clean residential and commercial spaces, work independently, and deliver high-quality service.

You will perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms and kitchens, and follow client instructions. We offer flexible hours, competitive pay, advancement opportunity, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent time-management skills.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to locations.
Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
Experience with specialized cleaning tasks (carpet cleaning, pressure washing) is a plus.
Background check required.

Responsibilities

Clean residential properties (homes, apartments, etc.) and commercial spaces (offices, retail stores, etc.) to the highest standards.
Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning, and other general cleaning duties.
Maintain and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Take care of specialized cleaning tasks as required (e.g., carpet cleaning, floor waxing).
Ensure that cleaning products and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
Follow specific client requests and adhere to cleaning schedules.
Report any damages or maintenance issues encountered during cleaning.
Maintain professional, friendly, and respectful communication with clients.
