Job summary

Retro Fitness is seeking a Professional Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment. You will be responsible for the entire facility during your shift, including locker rooms and restrooms, and will work independently with a focus on immediate, on-site results.

The role is physically active, requires being on your feet, and may include early morning, late night, or overnight shifts. Benefits include flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Keep the gym clean, organized, and member-ready at all times.
• Clean and sanitize locker rooms, restrooms, and high-traffic areas during your shift.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all flooring areas.
• Wipe down equipment and high-touch surfaces during peak hours.
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness standards across the entire club.
• Restock paper towels, soap, and cleaning supplies.
• Complete daily cleaning checklists with consistency and accountability.
• Handle light maintenance such as minor repairs or touch-ups.
• Identify and address cleanliness or safety issues immediately.

About The Role

This is a hands-on, physically active position where you will be responsible for maintaining the entire facility throughout your shift.

Important

This role includes cleaning locker rooms and restrooms and may require early morning, late night, or overnight shifts. You will be on your feet for most of your shift and working independently.

What You’ll Do

• Keep the gym clean, organized, and member-ready at all times

Compensation

• Hourly pay based on experience: $13 to $16 per hour
