Job summary

Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, Incorporated (SEH) is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer to lead projects and teams in our civil practice based in New Richmond, Wisconsin. You will provide technical guidance, manage client relationships, and deliver profitable projects that advance our municipal street and utility improvement portfolio.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, a Registered Professional Engineer license (WI) or ability to obtain it, and prior design/construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Registered Professional Engineer, or ability to obtain a Wisconsin license upon hire.
• Must reside in or near NewRichmond, Wisconsin, and be able to attend client meetings as needed.
• Previous design and/or construction experience on civil projects.
• Project management experience on civil engineering projects.
• Experience with all phases of municipal street and utility improvement projects.
• AutoCAD/Civil3D background.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project approaches, scopes, and fees required to complete projects.
• Present proposals to clients, interview project teams, and select project teams.
• Determine major project design decisions in conjunction with the client.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians.

Benefits

Competitive base compensation in the range of $85,000 and $90,000 based on skill set and experience. Full benefits package available on SEH Hiring Journey.
