Responsibilities

• Liaise with the company or client to determine pickup times and locations.
• Ensure client is greeted professionally with door assistance as needed.
• Assist with loading and unloading of possessions when required.
• Adjust vehicle temperature as requested by client.
• Choose fastest routes based on GPS and traffic updates.
• Complete collections and deliveries on behalf of the client when needed.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good working order.
• Address and respond to customer questions and concerns.

Full time or part time chauffeur.

We are looking for a neatly presented professional Chauffeur to join our company, United Private Car. A chauffeur is mannerly and courteous in all driving and non-driving situations while on the job. Good grooming and personal hygiene with clean and proper dress as instructed by the employer are expected. Calm, rational behavior and attitude under stressful driving conditions are attributes of a professional chauffeur.

Chauffeur Responsibilities

• Liaising with the company or client to determine when and where you will collect the individual.
• Ensuring that the client's door is open as you greet them in a professional, sincere manner.
• Assisting clients with the loading and unloading of their possessions, as required.
• Adjusting the air temperature, if required by the client.
• Selecting the fastest routes based on GPS software and traffic updates, unless otherwise instructed.
• Completing collections and deliveries on behalf of the client, if requested.
• Abiding by road regulations at all times.
• Ensuring that the vehicle remains pristine and in excellent working order.
• Forecasting and responding to customers' questions and concerns.

Chauffeur Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Department of Transportation (DOT card) driver's license will be advantageous.
• Proven experience as a Chauffeur. Ideally at least 3+ years’ experience.
• Acquainted with GPS software and local traffic reports.
• Neat appearance, you take price in your appearance.
• Ability to interact with clients in a warm, professional manner.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work during evenings, on weekends, and on public holidays, as required.
• Must pass a CORI, security background check as well as a drug test.
• Must be at least 25 years of age per insurance provider requirements.
