Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• DOT card is advantageous.
• 3+ years’ experience as a chauffeur.
• Acquainted with GPS software and local traffic reports.
• Neat appearance and professional demeanor.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass CORI and security background checks and a drug test.
• Must be at least 25 years of age for insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the company or client to determine pickup times and locations.
• Ensure client is greeted professionally with door assistance as needed.
• Assist with loading and unloading of possessions when required.
• Adjust vehicle temperature as requested by client.
• Choose fastest routes based on GPS and traffic updates.
• Complete collections and deliveries on behalf of the client when needed.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good working order.
• Address and respond to customer questions and concerns.
