We are looking for trusted and heartfelt Caregivers to join our Home Instead family! As a Caregiver, you are just as important as the clients we serve. Help make a difference for seniors in Medford and surrounding areas.

This position requires compassion, patience, and adaptability. No caregiving experience? No problem! We have immediate openings for all shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include helping seniors thrive at home by building relationships, engaging in household activities, and assisting with personal hygiene.

You must be able to:

• Communicate professionally with clients
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Treat seniors and property with respect
• Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming
• Help with toileting and incontinence
• Provide medication reminders or assistance
• Perform light housekeeping and meal prep
• Maintain cleanliness of the client's home
• Run errands and provide transportation
• Assist with walking and transferring

Qualifications

• Must be 18+
• Valid driver's license, reliable car, current auto insurance
• Weekend availability
• Pass criminal and background checks
• Experience with personal care preferred but not required
• Experience with transfer equipment and dementia care preferred
• Able to lift 25 lbs
