Branding Specialist, Learning Center - Part-Time

We are seeking talented Resume writers and skilled LinkedIn users to provide career coaching and support to candidates, helping them enhance their strengths, improve job skills, and build their personal brand. You will work with professionals seeking guidance for career development.

Our Professional Branding Specialists must demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm to support candidates in transition, operating in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The role involves identifying individuals' strengths and weaknesses and offering tailored suggestions for success in today's dynamic marketplace. Strong communication and critical-thinking skills are essential.

This is a part-time, variable hours (hourly) position. It is remote, with the location based in the United States.

  • Reports directly to VP, North America Candidate Support, Branding / Consultants-on-Call

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop effective resumes and LinkedIn profiles for candidates
  2. Communicate with candidates to understand their goals and ambitions
  3. Assess candidates' strengths and help showcase their talents
  4. Edit documents in real-time during candidate interactions
  5. Evaluate candidates' knowledge and apply relevant skills and experience
  6. Utilize various resume formats tailored to individual situations
  7. Provide updates to internal systems
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years' experience in resume writing or relevant professional background; certifications are a plus
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word
  • Experience with web conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, Skype, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ATS and CMS systems
  • Excellent writing, editing, and grammatical skills
  • Knowledge of different resume formats
  • Understanding of various industries and job functions
  • Strong communication, decision-making, critical thinking, and marketing skills
  • 4-year degree or relevant experience in HR or career transition management
