Job Overview

We are seeking talented Resume writers and proficient LinkedIn users to provide career coaching and support to candidates. Your role will involve helping candidates enhance their strengths, improve job skills, and develop their personal brand. You will work with professionals seeking guidance for career development.

Our Professional Branding Specialists should demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm for supporting candidates in transition, working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The ability to identify people's strengths and weaknesses and suggest effective strategies is essential. Strong communication and critical-thinking skills are prerequisites.

This is an Associate, variable hours (hourly) position. The role is remote, but candidates must be based in the United States.

Reporting & Location
  • Reports to: VP, North America Candidate Support, Branding / Consultants-on-Call
  • Location: United States: Virtual
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop effective resumes and LinkedIn profiles for candidates
  • Communicate with candidates to understand their goals
  • Assess strengths and guide candidates on showcasing their talents
  • Edit documents in real-time with candidates
  • Assess candidate knowledge and apply skills to collateral materials
  • Apply knowledge of various resume formats based on individual situations
  • Provide updates to internal systems
Candidate Profile
  • 2-3 years' experience in resume writing or relevant professional experience; certifications are a plus
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word
  • Experience with web-based conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, Skype, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and grammatical skills
  • Knowledge of different resume formats
  • Understanding of various industries and job functions
  • Strong communication, decision-making, critical thinking, and marketing skills
  • 4-year degree or relevant experience in Human Resources or Career Transition Management
