Salary Range: $45.41 - $69.85/hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Epic Professional Billing Application Analyst II is responsible for configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting the clinical, financial, or administrative Epic Professional Billing modules within their support area. Key responsibilities include overseeing data integrity, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize system configuration, managing problem tickets, troubleshooting complex issues, and participating in system design and testing. The role requires developing documentation and working independently with minimal supervision.

Education and Experience Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience with the application, module, or equivalent system.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience as a project team member on large-scale projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Three (3) or more years’ experience with the application/system, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Charge router and claims/remittance experience.
• Epic training and certification, including secondary certifications or badges.
