Total Remodeling in Springfield, MA is seeking a skilled Bathroom Installer who takes pride in craftsmanship and delivering white-glove service. You will check in with the Production Manager, perform full bathroom demos and installations, install acrylic products, and maintain a spotless jobsite.

Ideal candidates are proficient in carpentry, light plumbing and finish work, able to lift heavy materials, and work well independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Bathroom remodeling experience required.
• Licensed and insured (or ready to meet requirements).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Review the day’s job with the Production Manager each morning.
• Perform full bathroom demos and installations (tubs, showers, vanities, toilets, flooring).
• Install acrylic products as applicable.
• Maintain a spotless, cleaned jobsite daily.
• Perform light plumbing, drywall, and framing work.
• Prepare and deliver materials as needed.
• Conduct homeowner walk‑throughs and complete completion documents.
• Represent Total Remodeling’s standards on every job.
