Job summary

Total Remodeling is seeking skilled Bathroom Installers to deliver white-glove service and high-quality craftsmanship in Chicopee, MA. You’ll work closely with the Production Manager, perform full bathroom installs, and maintain clean, safe job sites while representing our standards on every project.

Ideal candidates bring bathroom remodeling experience, carpentry and light plumbing skills, and a strong sense of accountability and teamwork. Licensed or willing to obtain insurance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bathroom remodeling experience required.
• Carpentry, light plumbing, and finish work skills.
• Highly organized, punctual, and able to lift heavy materials.
• Clear communicator; able to work independently or with a team.
• Licensed and insured or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Check in with the Production Manager each morning to review the day’s job and expectations.
• Perform full bathroom demolition and installations (tubs, showers, vanities, toilets, flooring, etc.).
• Install BCI acrylic products (experience preferred).
• Maintain a spotless jobsite and clean up thoroughly each day.
• Execute light plumbing, drywall, and framing work.
• Prep and deliver materials when needed.
• Conduct homeowner walk-throughs and turn in all job completion documents.
• Represent Total Remodeling’s standards and values on every job.
