Five Star Bath Solutions is seeking a skilled bathroom technician to install and remodel residential bathrooms in a high-volume, year-round workflow. Training is provided and REQUIRED. The role offers a path to full-time installation after a trial period and a bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• General remodeling construction/light plumbing experience.
• Ability to lift 25-75 lbs.
• Problem solving skills.
• Self-starter and motivated.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team Player.
• Regular and punctual attendance at job locations.
• Authorized to work in U.S.
• Must have valid drivers license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients to highest level possible.
• Serve clients on a variety of service calls.
• Perform 2 bath systems installs per week.
• Assist installer using company-approved & quality-driven methods.
• Load materials, tools, and equipment on the company transport for each job.
• Moves each job at a pace to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Unload and clean up after each job.
• Opportunity to grow to become a full-time installer after a trial period.
