Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Full-Time Automotive Detailer. Starting pay is $17/hour for a 40-hour week. You will wash, clean, sanitize, and inspect vehicles to meet high cleanliness standards for customer rentals.

Responsibilities include exterior washing, interior detailing, checking fuel and lights, and ensuring safety. The role requires reliability, a valid driver's license, and at least six months’ prior work experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with restrictions on violations within 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol violations in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• At least six months of prior work/organizational experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors to industry standards.
• Wash exterior and dry vehicles of various sizes; maintain high cleanliness.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect for damage; reset vehicle settings as needed.
• Check fluids, tires, and exterior for damage; report hazards.
• Fuel and stage vehicles for rental readiness; ensure safety features function.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and report unsafe conditions.
• Operate cleaning equipment (carpet shampoo machines, purifiers) as required.
• Assist customers when needed and may transport them to branches.
• Maintain overall site appearance including interior and exterior cleanliness.
