Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible Automotive Detailer for a full-time role in Chesapeake, VA. The position pays $18 per hour based on a 40-hour week and involves cleaning and preparing a variety of vehicles for customer rentals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years (points cannot exceed 8).
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• At least six consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle exterior; handle different vehicle sizes including cars, trucks, and vans.
• Check fuel level and warnings; inspect windshield for damage; reset settings and locate items; verify registration and license plate.
• Check fluid levels and tire condition; inspect exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicle for rental return or pickup.
• Identify safety concerns; report warnings or damage; remove vehicle from prep as needed.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area and report hazards.
• Operate equipment such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to remove stains and odors.
• Assist customers as needed; may transport customers to/from branches.
• Help maintain overall site cleanliness including interiors and exteriors of branch locations.
• Site appearance duties: desks, counters, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, sweeping, lot care, and other daily cleanliness tasks.
