JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

  • Provide onsite and remote end user support in a corporate environment with a mix of Windows and Apple systems and over 1300 end users.
  • Candidate will be responsible for the provisioning, tracking and decommissioning of company end user devices.


Job Responsibilities

  • Execution of Service Desk projects
  • Maintaining various back end support systems for the Service Desk.
  • Building POC initiatives that lead to a better end user experience.
  • Executive support
  • Participate in on-call rotation
  • Manage and maintain an inventory of assets to ensure asset readiness.
  • Adheres to all policies and procedures concerning all confidential information including but not limited to internal use and restricted information, including Protected Consumer Information (PCI) and Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • Conference room and event support.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager


Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT support experience
  • Individual must be well organized, detail oriented, have a positive “Can Do” attitude, self-starter and require minimal supervision.
  • Ability to quickly learn and achieve proficiency in end user hardware and new software applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience with Apple and Windows Operating Systems, hardware and software
  • Candidate must be knowledgeable with a variety of Apple and Microsoft solutions and tools including Jamf administration, Intune, Azure and scripting commands.
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills
  • Must maintain a high level of teamwork and communication
  • Must be able to work with a high level of discretion in sensitive assignments
  • Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop preferred.
  • A+ Certification preferred.
  • Travel as needed
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

PAY RANGE

The targeted base salary for this position is $56,100 to $84,000 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
