The Learning Experience - Grand Prairie is hiring a Lead Preschool Teacher in Grand Prairie, TX. You will lead the classroom, deliver the LEAP Curriculum, and ensure a safe, structured environment for children to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of childcare, preschool, daycare, teaching, nanny, or related experience.
• 1+ year of early childhood education or classroom experience preferred.
• Ability to meet Texas childcare licensing and background requirements.
• Able to work the 9:30 AM–6:30 PM shift.

Pay: $14–$18 per hour

Location: Grand Prairie, TX

Schedule: Full-Time | 9:30 AM–6:30 PM

The Learning Experience is hiring a Lead Preschool Teacher to support the learning, development, and daily care of children in our early childhood education center in Grand Prairie, TX.

As a Lead Teacher, you'll manage your classroom, implement curriculum, build relationships with families, and work with your teaching team to provide a safe and positive environment for children to learn and grow.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily classroom activities, routines, and transitions
• Implement TLE's L.E.A.P. Curriculum® through age-appropriate learning and play
• Create a safe, organized, and engaging preschool classroom
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and teaching team members

• Maintain required classroom records, lesson plans, and documentation
• Follow Texas childcare licensing, health, safety, and supervision requirements

What You'll Bring

• Previous Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

• Ability to work the scheduled 9:30 AM–6:30 PM shift
