This role requires:

• A passion for nurturing and educating young children – patience, warmth, and genuine joy in helping children learn and grow
• Strong classroom management skills – maintaining a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
• Strong communication abilities – clear, professional, and caring interactions with children, families, and staff
