Job summary

Mathnasium of West Linn is seeking a Math Instructor / Tutor to help K-12 students master concepts with the Mathnasium Method™. You will teach in-center and online, delivering individualized instruction in a collaborative setting.

Ideal candidates are passionate about math, have strong interpersonal skills, and are eager to learn. Part-time hours after school and on weekends, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I.

Responsibilities

• Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
