Tiny Town Childcare and Learning Center in Ohio is seeking a caring and dependable Lead Preschool Teacher to guide a classroom focused on kindergarten readiness. You’ll create a structured, engaging environment where children grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities include planning and leading age-appropriate curriculum, supporting early literacy and math, maintaining a safe classroom, communicating with families, and ensuring compliance with Ohio licensing (ODJFS).

Qualifications

• Must meet ODJFS Lead Teacher requirements (CDA, degree, or equivalent).
• Childcare/preschool experience required.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for early childhood education.
