Job summary

Kids Academy of Worthington is seeking a Lead Teacher/Float who will inspire young minds and create a nurturing learning environment across early childhood ages. You will plan engaging activities, supervise play, and support development.

Collaborate with fellow educators, communicate with families, and participate in ongoing professional development to ensure a cohesive, high-quality program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
