Job summary

Tutu School Stuart is seeking joyful instructors to lead 45-minute classes, connecting with families and guiding young dancers through our music-and-movement curriculum.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a dance background (ballet preferred), and a passion for nurturing dreams in children aged 6 months to 8 years. Training and development are provided, with opportunities for growth and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Dance background including ballet is strongly preferred.
• Teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 45-minute classes following Tutu School's carefully crafted Class Curriculum.
• Take attendance and answer basic questions about class membership and promotions.
• Build rapport and communication with students' families and prospective clients.
• Perform basic retail duties including product restocking and processing sales using a point-of-sale system.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the studio, lobby, retail display, and bathroom.
• Communicate effectively with management and administration.
• Inspire children ages 6 months–8 years through music & movement.

• Tutu School is a collection of quaint boutique ballet schools that provides a creative dance education experience for children from 6 months to 8 years old.
