Allstate Insurance Agency - Frederick Moreno is recruiting for a sales-focused role in McKinney, TX. You will generate new business and cross-sell to existing customers, while helping clients select Allstate products to meet their needs.

The position offers comprehensive on-the-job training, a base plus commission plan, and uncapped earning potential with possible promotions. Flexible work-from-home options are available, with emphasis on local community service.

Qualifications

• Interest in a sales career; prior sales experience is a plus.
• No insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses upon hire; existing licenses are a plus.
• Independent and self-motivated with the ability to multitask and follow through.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
