Responsibilities include:

1. Acting as an internal resource for coding and documentation education
2. Performing medical record audits for compliance
3. Providing coding and documentation support through various methods
4. Guiding on reporting policies mandated by government and payers
5. Analyzing data, communicating findings, and facilitating improvements
6. Developing and maintaining educational materials and training programs
7. Collaborating with clinical practice managers and coding leadership

Requirements:

1. CPMA (preferred, can be obtained within 24 months)
2. CPC certification
3. Excellent communication skills
