Qualifications

B.S. in STEM with Industrial/Systems Engineering preferred or proven engineering experience.
Knowledge of SQL or MS Access databases.
Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities.
Time study, work measurement, and data collection experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops best methods, standard conditions and engineered labor standards for multi-variable production operations.
Identifies improvements in methods and workflow to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Coordinates implementation of engineered methods, standards, and reporting systems with associates, supervisors and managers.
Maintains production reporting applications and interfaces with timekeeping, WMS, and labor systems.
Executes queries and reports for engineering analysis and maintains data collection apps.
Collects time study data to support labor standards development.
Supports labor forecasting, staffing modeling, and bonus reporting.
Advises management with labor analysis and economic justification studies.
