Qualifications

• Leadership and communication in fast-paced production settings.
• Dependability with good attendance and punctuality.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily reports and focus efforts on problem areas.
• Provide feedback to management on issue resolution.
• Ensure parameters are followed daily.
• Verify operator knowledge and build skills on the line.
• Keep equipment set to standard after repairs or TPM events.
• Liaison between production and maintenance.
• Support projects to improve processes and address corrective actions.
• Operate equipment and perform maintenance as needed.
